HOW TO COOK IT

​

Heat pan or barbecue to medium-high.1. Heat pan or barbecue to medium-high. Spray kangaroo burgers with oil. Cook burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Place cheese on top after turning, to melt. Fry eggs and season with salt and pepper. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bread roll. Place lettuce, beetroot, cooked kangaroo burger and egg on top. Spread 1 tablespoon of tomato chutney on the top half of each bread roll and place on top.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 500g pack K-Roo Kangaroo Burgers

  • Spray oil

  • 4 slices cheddar

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 wholemeal or multigrain burger buns, halved & toasted

  • â…“ cup low fat mayonnaise

  • 1 butter lettuce

  • 4 slices tinned beetroot, drained

  • â…“ cup tomato chutney

  • Salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper
